We have two application suites in our online business portal: The Employee Office Suite and The Sales Report Suite. Each suite is comprised of several business apps that were designed to help small businesses in their day to day business operations.

Employee Office Suite

The Employee Office Suite will give you the benefit of having your own internal website for you and your employees. Every employee will get their own account to log into the portal. You will be able to create announcements, send messages, create and display the work schedule, use the online time sheet to keep track of hours worked, post jobs and recruit with the online job application, and maintain your employee information online.

Sales Report Suite

The Sales Report Suite will put you in a position to always know your sales numbers. After you input all your daily sales figures you will be able to review them through various reports and make notes as needed. These reports will show your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly totals for net sales, revenue, gross sales, discounts, taxes, number of transactions, and your average ticket price. You will be able to sort by any column, compare sales figures for the past two years, analyze the information to pinpoint trends, get the best and worst days, see the percentage of change in sales, and more.
